About this fan hub 🧭

Who writes this, why it exists, and the rules we hold ourselves to. Spoiler: we are fans with a text editor, nothing more official than that.

The story

Why this site exists

🐔

Born from too many run stories

At some point, explaining Chicken Road to friends for the hundredth time turned into writing it down. The notes grew a table of contents. The table of contents grew this site.

🎯

Honesty over enthusiasm

Fan sites tend to cheer. We prefer to explain. If a mode is brutal, we say brutal. If a habit is foolish, we name it — usually because we practiced it first.

🧱

Built plainly, on purpose

Static pages, no trackers, no accounts, no clutter. This hub loads fast because a site about reaction time should probably practice what it preaches.

🤝

For the community, by the community

Most questions in our FAQ library arrived from readers. If you spot an error or want a topic covered, the contact form is real and we actually read it.

The rulebook

Editorial policy

Five commitments, printed in public so you can hold us to them.

Fully independent

This is an unofficial fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or compensated by the game's developer or publisher. No sponsored content, ever.

Verified before published

Game mechanics are described as we observed them, with uncertainty flagged openly. Where exact values vary by version, we say so and point to the in-game panel.

Entertainment framing, always

Chicken Road is an arcade game for fun. We cover it as a game of reflexes, rhythm and decisions — full stop. The hub contains nothing beyond game commentary and guides.

Corrections welcome

Finding an error is a contribution, not an insult. Verified corrections are fixed promptly and without drama.

Play healthy

We actively encourage breaks, session limits and demo practice. Any guide that told you otherwise would not be on this site.
